What is a hybrid mattress?
A hybrid mattress offers a dreamy mix of contouring memory foam and supportive innerspring coils for the best possible sleep of your life, every night. For many people, a hybrid mattress is the ideal choice for a mattress since it’s considered to be the “best of all worlds.” Hybrid mattresses allow sleepers to enjoy the sturdy support of coils and the contouring comfort of foam for a restful night’s sleep. You won’t just have a great night’s sleep, you’ll also have a great day.
What is the 365-night sleep trial?
ff DreamCloud provides you with a full year - 365 nights - to decide if DreamCloud is right for you. We encourage you to take the first 30 days to get to know your new mattress, as it can take this long for your body to adjust to the support and comfort of the DreamCloud.
If you decide for any reason during your 365-night trial period that DreamCloud is not your ideal mattress, our DreamCloud Sleep Concierge will work with you to get the item donated or otherwise disposed-of through local organizations within your community.
Our risk free trial is about 3 times longer than the industry standard. Our finance customers also enjoy the benefits of our 365 night trial. Some exclusions apply.
What is the Lifetime Warranty™?
If you purchase a DreamCloud and it breaks from normal use at any point we will replace it at no additional charge. We believe DreamCloud should be the only mattress you ever need. We back up DreamCloud’s quality in absolute terms, with no wishy washy legal speak.
How do I return my DreamCloud?
It is rare for people to want to return their DreamCloud, but when it happens, we make it easy. The DreamCloud Sleep Concierge will work with you to get the item donated or otherwise disposed-of through local organizations within your community. Refunds usually post back to your account in 2 to 3 business days. Contact us by phone, email or chat and a DreamCloud Sleep Concierge representative will walk you through the process.
What’s the DreamCloud Lifetime Warranty™?
The DreamCloud Lifetime Warranty™ is the best warranty in the business. Period. No small type or legal speak.
If DreamCloud becomes damaged from normal use anytime during the original purchaser’s ownership, we will replace or repair your mattress at no charge. It doesn’t matter if it’s 100 years from now.

If you decide for any reason that DreamCloud is not your ideal mattress, we’ll work with you to donate it or have it disposed-of locally and refund you 100% of your payment.
Does the DreamCloud "sleep hot"?
Not at all! In fact, as well as being a plush cloud of comfort, we've designed DreamCloud to work extra hard at keeping you at the right temperature while you sleep. Unlike other hybrid or memory foam mattresses, DreamCloud has additional cooling technology that works on regulating your temperature. This is due to a special heat treated cotton pad that draws heat from your body when you're too hot, and gives it back to you if you get too cold - neat, right?

This store is run by a young husband and wife with a 3 1/2 yr old kid who plays quietly behind the counter. When I entered, they greeted me but didn’t bum-rush me, which would have been annoying. Once I approached them, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to get me exactly what I wanted and then through in a small discount.
Just got our bed from Vermont Mattress Depot yesterday. I had the mattress delivered the very next day! They were courteous from beginning to end. The delivery guys were super friendly and careful. We have a tiny upstairs apartment and they were able to navigate our narrow hallways with ease! Speaking from experience, in all my 36 revolutions around the earth, this has been by far the best night sleep.
