Returns & Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. Some brands offer sleep exchanges on their products to provide an exchange credit. If you would like the option for an exchange due to comfort please talk to the sales associate about your preference for a mattress with a sleep trial that would have an exchange credit available prior to purchase.
We have many products that allow for a sleep trial but overall, this is not common in the mattress industry. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are looking for a specific model or would like to know if a specific mattress manufacturer offers a trial period.
All mattress accessories are final sale due to the hygienic nature of the products. We cannot resell these items as new and we only sell new products. All items sold by Vermont Mattress & Bedroom Company are new, never used or returned merchandise. We do offer occasional deep discounts on floor model displays, but these have never been used outside of our showroom. Vendors that we partner with do not take back bedding/furniture/bases or accessories. We are happy to take the time to help you find the best mattress for your sleep needs the first time. This helps to avoid the tenuous exchange process (if a manufacturer offers one) as well as cut down on the unnecessary amount of mattresses going to landfills as a result of these exchange programs.
All furniture sold by Vermont Mattress & Bedroom Company is final sale and therefore not returnable. All manufacturer warranties apply and we are happy to help facilitate any warranty issues with items purchased with us.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final unless specified by the manufacturer as mentioned above. Please speak to your sales associate about these details prior to your purchase if you have specific questions. Thank you!
